Do you offer returns?

We offer a 7 day no question asked return policy on any non-food or sanitizing product that is in new and unused condition. Shipping and freight cost are nonrefundable.  There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. No returns on new machine sales, any issues that might occur are warrantied through the manufacturer.

Can we bundle orders to save on shipping cost?

Yes, contact us so we can come up with the most cost efficient method.

Can we be contacted to help us with our frozen drink needs?

Yes, please contact us. We will gladly come up with custom packages and solutions for your frozen drink needs.

Are your Premium Bar Mixes good?

Yes, they are delicious. We have talked to hundreds of customers and sampled several other mixes. We have taken in customer feedback and formulated our own mix to meet those expectations on what a great frozen drink is. This is a high quality mix, fit for any bar or restaurant.

Are the products you carry high quality?

Yes, all products we carry are intended for commercial use. We do not carry budget, or low quality products.

Do we offer customer service after the sale?

We are here before and after the sale. Our goal is to be there for all your frozen drink needs. Weather you need to purchase products or need advice we are here.

Yes, please contact us for all your needs, even if it’s not listed on our website. We will try to source whatever it is you need.

Shipping Information

SHIPPING

All items ship via FedEx. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. No international shipping offered. Large or bulk order items ship on a pallet via freight transportation. Please contact us for a freight quote for your large or bulk order.

Returns

RETURNS

We proudly offer a 7 day no questions asked return policy on non food products, less shipping and handling. There is a 15% restocking fee on any order $99.00 or more. In the event of damaged or lost orders please contact us for a replacement. Sorry we do not accept returns on food or sanitizing products.
